Ülkü Doğan

Ülkü is a consultant who has expertise and a solid background in financial regulation. Before joining Pathlight, Ülkü practised law abroad and subsequently worked at an overseas Central Bank.

Ülkü’s work ranges from Business Wide Risk Assessment projects to drafting and revising policies and procedures. She has also worked on governance assignments with an emphasis on SM&CR.

Ülkü has Master’s degrees in Law and Economics (Turkey) and Banking and Finance Law (UK). During the course of her post-graduate studies, she has trained in capital markets regulation, compliance systems and regulation of financial markets.
