Kostas Psarros

Kostas is a management consultant specialising in the financial markets. He spent five years at Triton Asset Management before joining Pathlight. He helps financial institutions improve their processes in risk management, governance, financial crime, surveillance and front office controls.

Kostas has been involved in regulator-mandated reviews including Skilled Person assignments for retail banks, payment services and investment firms. He’s responsible for the fieldwork which includes reviewing internal policies, testing of control systems and customer files or portfolios.
