Our community engagement ethos
At Pathlight we actively participate in partnerships with charities and initiatives aligned with our ethos and values, and support the communities in which we live and work. Our values are based on ‘doing the right thing and doing things right’ and we are committed to giving back to society. This is a driving force behind our company’s beliefs.
We encourage our team to take part in charity initiatives and events which not only aid our partners but also support our team’s health and wellbeing. In support of these principles we have recently collaborated with the following charities and participated in the following events shown on our Linktree page.
Pathlight funds bursary at Churchill College, University of Cambridge
Pathlight Associates will be funding a four-year bursary at Churchill College, University of Cambridge, from October this year.
The Pathlight Associates Bursary will be awarded to a student from a disadvantaged background, with a preference for women or non-binary students. The bursary is open to a UK home undergraduate at Churchill College, studying any subject.
The bursary recipient will be invited to meet CEO John Higgins and other members of the Pathlight team at a stewardship event in the college. There will also be an opportunity for the bursary holder, or another Churchill student, to undertake a paid summer internship with Pathlight Associates, working as part of their consultancy team in the London office.
John Higgins, Pathlight Associates CEO, commented:
“It is a privilege to be able to support the education of a student at this prestigious college, and we look forward to meeting the first award-holder in the Lent term. At Pathlight we believe in nurturing talented people from all backgrounds, and creating opportunities for those who might not have initially considered a corporate role.”
Fran Malarée, Churchill College Development Director, commented:
“We are delighted that Pathlight are funding a student bursary, which will make a real difference in opening up opportunities for the recipient. We’re looking forward to working together with Pathlight now and in the future.”
